Dugout Mugs founder was coaching college baseball in 2014 when he saw a baseball bat barrel sitting in a dugout. He picked it up, looked at it, and asked himself "can I drill out the center of this bat barrel and turn it into a mug?" Four years later, Major League Baseball would add them as an officially licensed partner, and they now offer all 30 MLB teams laser etched on their Dugout Mugs.
The wood mugs are mostly gifted, and each is one of a kind. When gifted to a sports fan - most times they can't believe what they are looking at. Many see this as a beer mug, but it can be used for both hot and cold beverages. So, use as a coffee mug, or use as a beer mug for the big game.
