Aurora Basket

The lovely Aurora Basket will bring a welcome infusion of color to your table or desktop. You can use it to contain fruit, hold mail or organize projects, but you may also want to leave it empty to display its decorative interior. Mayan Hands artisans created this basket with sustainably harvested native grass and fragrant pine needles with colorful yarn accents.

This beautiful basket is named "aurora," the Spanish word for dawn, for the first light of sunrise when Mayan women rise to prepare tortillas for their families. Handmade and fair trade.
