Return Policy:

If You Are Not Satisfied Within The First 14 Days Of Your Purchase, Contact us via email Shop@NarwhalGifts.com. Once your approved return is received in Like-New Condition, We Will Happily Process A Refund or Exchange.* 

Items not legible for return are - Earrings, Food, Holiday, Special Order and Sale Items. 

Wrong Address Policy: 

Oh no! I entered the wrong shipping address for my order... Now what?

We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there.  We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP!

However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to re-ship an order we end up losing money on the sale.  Not just losing profit, but losing money.  We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender.  If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping.

Unfortunately, if the order was delivered to the incorrect address as supplied by the customer, then there is little we can do at that point. We have legal and ethical obligation to ship the order to the exact address requested by the purchaser.

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice.  However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order.  If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it!  Thank you again for your business, we are thrilled to work together with you!
